About Us

Empowering the laborers so the harvest can advance unhindered.

Who We Are?

Serving Workers for the Harvest (SWHarvest) is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering those called to ministry. Rooted in Jesus’ words in Matthew 9:37–38, we exist to serve the workers—missionaries, disciple-makers, and ministry leaders—by providing the support and encouragement they need to thrive in their calling. Our name reflects our purpose: to come alongside those laboring in the harvest fields with practical tools, spiritual covering, and a supportive global community.

What We Do?

SWHarvest provides a comprehensive support system that allows ministry workers to focus on their mission, not administrative burdens. We offer the legal and financial structure of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, along with donor processing, financial accountability, and ministry reporting tools. Beyond the paperwork, we invest in ministry leaders through coaching, strategic guidance, prayer support, and encouragement. Whether launching a new initiative or managing an established outreach, our role is to strengthen Gospel workers behind the scenes so they can multiply fruitfully in the field.

Who We Serve?

SWHarvest serves a diverse range of Gospel-focused individuals and ministries. This includes missionaries working locally or globally, church planters, disciple-makers, pastoral trainers, humanitarian leaders, and faith-based business initiatives. We partner with both grassroots efforts and well-established ministries—providing the same level of care, accountability, and operational support to each. Whether you’re just beginning or expanding into new territory, if your desire is to make Christ known and multiply disciples, SWHarvest is here to serve you.

SWHarvest Difference

At SWHarvest, we believe every ministry is unique and deserves personal care. That’s why we build strong, one-on-one relationships—walking alongside our partners to support their calling without unnecessary red tape.

We’re passionate about empowering indigenous ministries and helping local believers step out to share hope in new places around the world. With over 70 years of combined experience, trusted guidance, and low fees, we make sure your gifts go straight to where they matter most.

What We Believe

Rooted in Scripture, committed to the Gospel, and driven to empower those carrying Christ’s mission worldwide.

We firmly believe that the Holy Bible, inspired by God and authored through the pens of men, stands as the only infallible and authoritative Word of God. It is a flawless repository of heavenly guidance, which alone leads mankind to salvation and is entirely devoid of error. Scripture alone unveils the principles by which God judges humanity and serves as the eternal cornerstone of Christian unity, fellowship, and doctrine. The Bible is the ultimate measure for all human conduct, beliefs, and theological practices (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21).

We hold steadfastly to the belief in the one true God, infinite and wise, known as YAHWEH, Creator of all (Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Genesis 1:1). His holiness shines brilliantly and deserves utmost reverence, trust, and affection. Within the Triune Godhead exist three distinct yet perfectly equal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, each fulfilling unique roles harmoniously in the grand task of redemption (Matthew 28:19; John 1:1; John 10:30).

We affirm that humanity was originally created in purity, abiding by the divine law. However, through a voluntary act of disobedience, mankind fell from this state of holiness and happiness, resulting in all people becoming sinners by choice, not by force. This fallen nature leads us away from God’s standards, leaving us devoid of the holiness He requires and inclined towards wrongdoing. Thus, we find ourselves rightfully condemned to eternal ruin, without justification or excuse (Genesis 3:6-24; Romans 3:23; 5:12). If man does not receive forgiveness through Christ (John 5:24), he condemns himself to eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:11-15).

We affirm that the rescue of sinners is entirely by grace, through the work of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Christ alone is sinless (John 8:46), He upheld divine law through perfect obedience (Matthew 5:17-18), and He fully paid for our sins with his death (Romans 5:18). Rising from the dead, He now reigns in heaven. As mankind’s Mediator, He is uniquely suited to be a compassionate and flawless Savior for all who embrace Him (Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 2:17; 4:14-16; 7:25; 1 Peter 3:18).

The profound spiritual blessing secured by Christ for believers is justification. This blessing encompasses both the forgiveness of sin and assurance of eternal life. This gift is not merited by our deeds but solely received through faith in the Redeemer’s sacrifice (Titus 3:5). Faith in the sovereign sacrifice of Christ ushers believers into this state of moral forgiveness, divine peace, and everlasting favor. It ensures every necessary divine blessing for both this life and eternity (Romans 3:24; Romans 5:1; 2 Corinthians 5:20-21).

The blessings of salvation are extended to all through the Gospel without cost. It is incumbent upon us to promptly receive them with complete faith, genuine repentance, and obedience to God’s Word. The salvation of even the gravest sinner is impeded solely by their own innate depravity and deliberate refusal of the Gospel. If they knowingly persist in this godless path, the inevitable result is heightened condemnation (Revelation 22:17; John 3:18; Romans 1:18-22).

Financial Accountability & Transparency

SWHarvest is committed to being good stewards of God's resources, practicing financial accountability and transparency in all of our activities.

SWHarvest is required to have an annual audit performed by an independent CPA, who prepares and submits our 990 tax return. SWHarvest is also in full compliance with Federal and State government regulations.

As members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of trust and transparency. Together, we can send more workers into the harvest and bring life-changing hope to those who need it most.

We're also proud members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

SWHarvest has also adopted an Accountable Expense Reimbursement Plan (AERP) which details the requirements and responsibilities that allow for reimbursement of monthly ministry expenses. Requests for distribution of funds are evaluated and compared to budgets, approved and distributed to ministry partners according to pre-arranged instructions. Ministry partners are required to substantiate all expenditures according to IRS, ECFA and the AERP.  SWHarvest leadership and/or its representatives also perform periodic field audits.
