These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Serving Workers for the Harvest (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the organization”) concerning your access to and use of the swharvest.org website and any related services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the “Website”). Acceptable Use of swharvest.org
When using swharvest.org, you agree to:

Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
All content on swharvest.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, and compilation of content (collectively, “Website Content”), is the property of Serving Workers for the Harvest or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use swharvest.org and view Website Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to:

Donations and Financial Contributions
Tax-Deductible Donations
Donations made through swharvest.org to Serving Workers for the Harvest are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide donation receipts for tax purposes as required by IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations.
Donation Processing
All donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a donation through swharvest.org, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from payment processing systems.
Fund Allocation

Refund Policy

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas.
