Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Financial Support:
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including donation processing, expense tracking, and invoice management.
- Use software for accounting purposes, including data entry and reporting.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files and records.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Data Management:
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Monitor compliance with legal and ethical standards, and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Maintain personnel and ministry files, and update the Personnel Handbook and Process & Procedure manual.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, providing information and directing queries appropriately.
- Draft and send newsletters, emails, and other communications.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the CFO and other executives.
- Manage calendars and communicate meeting details.
- Special Projects:
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing administrative and logistical support.

- Perform other related tasks as needed to support the overall mission and operations of SWH.
Qualifications:
- Faith:

- Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or a similar role, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.

The Mission Mobilizer plays a crucial role in inspiring, recruiting, and equipping individuals and church communities to engage in mission work. This includes fostering partnerships, organizing mission trips, providing resources and training, and developing strategies to prepare workers for effective ministry. The Mission Mobilizer will serve as a key liaison between SWH and churches, ministries, and potential missionaries, with a focus on promoting SWH's mission and vision. Additionally, this role will be responsible for building and leading a regional leadership team as SWH continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Promotion:
- Actively recruit individuals and church groups to participate in short-term and long-term mission opportunities with SWH.
- Promote SWH's vision and opportunities through presentations, events, social media, and personal outreach.
- Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with churches, ministries, and organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Engage with church leaders to encourage and facilitate their congregation's involvement in missions.
- Training and Equipping:
- Create, organize, and conduct training sessions for prospective missionaries, including cultural orientation, evangelism strategies, and practical skills.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to missionaries and partner ministries to help them reach, equip, and multiply.
- Mission Trip Coordination:

- Networking and Advocacy:

- Fostering National Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with nationally led churches, NGOs, and local ministry leaders. Establish strong partnerships that align with SWH's mission to reach the unreached and serve those in challenging contexts.
- Connecting and Supporting Ministries: Act as a key resource for current missionaries, partner ministries, and prospective partner ministries. Provide encouragement, guidance, and resources to help them grow in their mission work. Offer mentorship, discipleship, and strategic development to strengthen their ministries.
- Training and Strategic Development: Assist in developing and teaching mission strategies that are culturally relevant and effective. Offer tailored training sessions to national partners and missionaries, focusing on evangelism, discipleship, and sustainable ministry practices.
- Team Building and Leadership: As SWH grows, lead the effort to build and oversee a regional leadership team. This team will focus on expanding SWH’s presence, ensuring effective communication, and supporting local and regional ministries. Provide leadership and vision for the team to ensure alignment with SWH's goals and growth strategy.

Job Summary: The Domestic Missionary will be responsible for spreading the Gospel, evangelizing the unreached, discipling believers, and multiplying kingdom-minded workers within the U.S. This role involves working within various domestic contexts and communities, adapting to local needs, and living out the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 9:37-38. Preference will be given to missionaries who focus on reaching unengaged or unreached groups within the domestic context.

SWH requires its Ministry Leaders and staff members to raise support to more than cover the costs of their ministry, including living expenses and other agreed-upon mission expenses.
- Collaboration: Work alongside local churches, organizations, and other missionaries to foster unity and cooperation in ministry efforts.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to supporters and the organization on ministry progress and challenges.
Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Theology, Divinity, Missions, or a related field).
- Experience: Previous missionary experience is advantageous but not required. Experience in evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement is essential.

- Training of Trainer Sessions: Conduct sessions for teachers and community leaders, focusing on mentorship skills. Empower local educators and leaders to mentor and guide the youth effectively.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in church programs and community activities. Gain a deep understanding of the community's culture and social behavior to better connect with and serve the local population.
- After School Education and Homework Assistance: Assist students with after-school education. Provide support and guidance to students in completing their homework assignments.
- Discipleship and Biblical Training: Participate in and lead discipleship and biblical training sessions with children and possibly community leaders.
- Collaboration with Organization of Local Communities Against Poverty (OLCAP) Team: Regularly meet with the OLCAP team for assessment, encouragement, and feedback. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Faith: Strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to missionary work.
- Education: High school graduate required; a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Theology, Divinity, Missions, or a related field) is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous missionary experience is advantageous but not required. Experience in evangelism, discipleship, and cross-cultural ministry is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in the local language or a willingness to learn.
- Character: Demonstrates integrity, humility, resilience, and a servant’s heart as described in the Bible (1 Timothy 3; Proverbs 31).
- Statement of Faith: Agree with SWH’s Statement of Faith and Doctrinal Statement.
- Baptism: A baptized believer of Jesus Christ who upholds a close and growing relationship with Christ.
- Scripture: A deep understanding of Scripture and church doctrine necessary for effective teaching and mentoring.
- Church: Member of a church willing to commission the individual to missionary work.
Compensation: Missionary Interns are responsible for raising their own financial support through partnerships with churches, individuals, and organizations. Missionary Interns will submit a budget that includes personal and ministry expenses. Compensation is based on their approved budget.

Job Summary: Serving Workers for the Harvest (SWH) is seeking a Theological Resource Trainer to provide spiritual leadership and guidance to new servant-leaders. The Trainer is responsible for developing theological curriculum, sharing scriptural knowledge, and equipping missionaries and partner ministries to effectively serve their communities. This role requires a deep commitment to advancing the Gospel, strong teaching abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive theological training materials and resources that align with SWH’s mission, vision, and statement of faith.
- Create curriculum covering biblical doctrines, practical ministry skills, and cross-cultural considerations.
- Training and Mentorship:
- Teach and mentor new servant-leaders in effective ministry techniques, fostering a deep understanding of Scripture and church doctrine.
- Provide spiritual guidance and answer theological questions with grace and patience.
- Cross-Cultural Training:
- Prepare missionaries and partner ministries for cross-cultural engagement, promoting sensitivity and adaptability to different cultural contexts.
- Facilitate self-reliant discipleship approaches that align with local church contexts.
- Support and Encouragement:
- Offer support and encouragement to missionaries and partner ministries, helping them address practical needs and overcome challenges.
- Share personal testimony and faith experiences to inspire and strengthen others.
- Community Engagement:
- Directly influence missionaries' ability to build effective community relationships that lead to church planting and growth.
- Promote a passionate commitment to missionary work and the spread of the Gospel.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of online resources and training platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Faith and Character:

- Strong interpersonal skills for building healthy relationships and a passion for seeing people come to faith in Jesus Christ.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
