Annual Report 2025

From the CEO’s Desk

Dear Partners,

2025 Tested Everything That Could Be Tested.

Borders shifted. Economies tightened. Conflicts escalated. Access narrowed. In many regions, following Christ came with a real and personal cost. Under those conditions, withdrawal would have been understandable.

But the work did not retreat.

If one word defines Serving Workers for the Harvest in 2025, it is Faithfulness – not in intention, but in action. Leaders stayed when leaving was safer. Churches remained when silence was easier. Indigenous workers proclaimed Christ where obedience carried consequences.

From Ukraine’s battle-scarred cities to Africa’s remote bush regions and restricted communities in South Asia, the gospel advanced, not because circumstances improved, but because God’s people remained faithful, empowered by partners like you. Your prayers, resources, and support enabled them to serve amid danger and isolation, advancing God’s kingdom through courage and commitment.

Extraordinary Fruit

ExtraOrdinary Fruit

Your faithfulness ensured that when doors closed for some, others were equipped to step forward – and the gospel continued to advance.

The impact of your faithfulness is visible across continents:

  • Gospel media reach in Africa expanded from
19 million to more than 70 million people.
  • Churches were planted in the Himalayas and across war affected regions of Eastern Europe.
  • Refugees, widows, orphans and vulnerable families received both practical care and spiritual hope across India, Chad, Sierra Leone, Ukraine, and Nepal.
  • Pastors and leaders were trained, conferences were held, and Bible study materials and resources were distributed – strengthening theological clarity across Africa, Eastern Europe, South Asia, and beyond.

What Faithfulness Looks Like

In Ukraine, faithfulness looks like churches that remain open even as bombs fall. It looks like pastors caring for children whose fathers are on the front lines—or who have been orphaned by war. It is a remnant of Christ’s Church choosing presence over safety, and prayer over despair, made possible through your partnership.

Elsewhere, faithfulness is seen in the quiet perseverance of God’s people—living in exile, crying out to Him, and trusting that every prayer is heard while preparing to move forward at His leading. Sometimes it is a shepherd tending his flock day after day, like Moses guiding sheep for forty years, faithfully proclaiming God’s glory whenever the door of opportunity opens.

Faithfulness rarely makes headlines. But it advances the Kingdom.

As you read this report, we pray you see more than metrics. We pray you see the evidence of what God does when His people remain steadfast.

Your prayers reached heaven. Your giving strengthened the field. Your partnership produced fruit that will outlast 2025.

Thank you for walking with us.

Blessing,

Macky M.
